Peter A. Rinfret
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Peter is the co-founder and CEO of Iris. He gained a great deal of global experience in the telecom and technology fields as a founder, CFO and Board Member of Chase Telecommunications (acquired by Qualcomm and now Leap Wireless); as advisor of CellularVision, an LMDS provider, from inception through its initial public offering (when he was also the Acting CFO and Board Member); and as part of the startup team and CFO for Pontio Communications (sold to El Paso Energy). Formerly, as President of Rinfret & Co., he advised companies such as Bell Atlantic/Verizon, Phillips Electronics NA, Kinray and USA Mobility as well as dozens of growth and venture stage companies. Early in his career, Peter served as President of Rinfret Associates, an international economic and financial advisory firm, where he advised Fortune 300 clients including Chrysler, Revlon, Technicolor, and Citibank. His political experience includes serving in the White House as Special Assistant to Ambassador Robert Strauss, Legislative Aide for Foreign Affairs to Senator Orrin Hatch, Special Assistant to the National Campaign Manager for John Connally’s Presidential campaign and Legislative Aide for Tax Policy to Congressman William Archer, Chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee. He remains active in politics. Peter received a B.A. in International Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was an editor of the Texas Law Review.

Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining Iris Wireless, Charlie served as the Vice President of Sales for Syniverse Technologies from 2002 through 2006, where he was responsible for global sales and support, and led those efforts for more than 300 telecommunications carriers in 40 countries, managing more than $290 million in revenue. He was also a member of the Syniverse Technologies team that helped lead their IPO. Before Syniverse, Charlie served as a consultant and later as Director of Project Development for MetroPCS. Earlier, from August 1989 through June 2001, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Lucent Technologies/AT&T. During his tenure there, he was responsible for developing and managing domestic and international sales territories. Charlie earned a B.A. from the University of Texas, El Paso.

Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Sunir joined Iris after leading Disney Mobile’s Product Development and Operations team as Vice President. In that role, he led all aspects of product management and business operations that included P&L reporting, customer service, revenue assurance, collections and logistics.. Before Disney, Sunir served as Chief Operating Office and Chief Technology Officer at Iris for five years, where he managed operations and development centers in the US, China and India. Before his initial position with Iris, Sunir was CTO and EVP at Chase Telecommunications. There, he was responsible for technology architecture and operations, and launched the PCS digital wireless service in the South East. Prior to Chase, Sunir was the EVP & CTO of Omnitel -- Italy, a national mobile carrier. At Omnitel, Sunir managed a budget of over $1 billion and a multi-cultural, multi-lingual workforce of over 800 people. Sunir was brought in to turn around a struggling organization that was materially behind in its implementation schedule; he successfully launched the nationwide digital network for Italy in under 12 months. He previously held positions at AT&T Wireless (then McCaw Cellular), and Vanguard Cellular. Sunir received a B.S. EE (Honors) from Birla Institute of Technology and earned an M.S. EE from Kansas State University.

Vice President and Controller
Jim brings more than 20 years of financial experience to Iris. From 2001 to 2005 Jim was the Controller for MetroPCS, during their pre-commercial construction phase and throughout their commercial launch. He previously held various positions with FoxMeyer Corporation, including Manager of External Reporting where he was responsible for all SEC and NYSE filing for the company and its parent, National Intergroup. Jim was also a consultant for three years at Jefferson Wells International where he worked on a number of financial projects for PrimeCo Personal Communications. He was also an Audit Senior Accountant for Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP) where his principal clients included Exxon, Dual Drilling Company, Gadzooks, Pier 1 Imports and Radio Shack. Jim earned his BA (Magna Cum Laude) from Mid-America Nazarene University and his Master of Professional Accountancy from The University of Southern Mississippi. He is a Certified Public Accountant in The State of Texas and a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Vice President, Global Operator Solutions
Gregg Moshensky joined Iris Wireless after 16 years experience at Ericsson, where he held numerous high-level sales and marketing positions. Most recently he was Director of Sales for Ericsson’s Multimedia Messaging (MMS) Product Unit where he attained accounts with Fortune 50 customers such as AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Prior to that, Gregg held the position of Director of Major and Global Accounts where he worked with major network operators such as Vodafone-Global, China Mobile and NTT DoCoMo. Before that, Gregg was Ericsson Messaging’s Business Director for Asia/Pacific Rim where he established, staffed, organized and managed Ericsson’s regional Sales and Services Office for Messaging Products. Before joining Ericsson, Gregg was Director of International Sales for Spectrum Communications where he won the ”New York State Governor’s Award for Achievement in Export”. Gregg also held several engineering positions for Unisys Corporation. Gregg received his MBA from Iona College, his MS in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College, and his BS in Computer Technology from New York Institute of Technology.

Vice President, Administration
Martha brings more than 10 years of administration experience to Iris. She was the office manager for 5 years at Kaufman, Friedman, Plotnicki & Grun, a law firm in New York City, where she was responsible for creating the billing and financial accounting system of this start-up firm, as well as being in charge of the HR functions and day to day operations . Prior to that, she was the director of the LIFE Center in New York, a non-profit environmental center, where she managed staff and led the Life Center grant process. Calling on her education, Martha worked as a trained naturalist for the Westchester County, NY Parks Department. Previously, she was an Associate Media Director with global ad agency, Doyle Dane Bernback, servicing clients including IBM, Ponderosa Steakhouses and Polaroid. Previously, she held various director positions at Ingalls Advertising and Arnold Advertising in Boston, Massachusetts, and Silverman and Mower Advertising in Syracuse, New York. Martha graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY with a BA in Anthropology and Sociology.

Vice President and General Manager, India
Narender joined Iris with more than a decade of experience in the information and telecom technology industry. His area of expertise is in product development and management services in database oriented technologies for mobile software. Prior to Iris, Narender was a technology consultant from 1990 to 2000 for Northern Telecom, Glaxo, Analyst International, Foremost Forms and Arkansas Department of Human Services. He was also a co-founder of Edersoft Technologies, an India-based software export firm. Narender has a BS in Engineering from Nagpur University, India and MS in Structural Engineering from New Mexico State University.
